Stacy is a Wichita, Kansas, attorney with over 25 years experience practicing primarily in the areas of divorce, child custody, child support, paternity and parental access, as well as mediation and arbitration of those areas of family law. Stacy has been a practicing attorney in Wichita since her graduation from law school. She is licensed to practice as a lawyer in the State of KS, as well as the Federal District Court for the District of Kansas and the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals. She is also a court-approved mediator, certified by the Office of Judicial Administration. She has conducted numerous continuing legal and continuing mediation education programs on a variety of topics in the field of family law, including divorce, child custody and child support.

Stacy is active in the Wichita Bar Association, where she has been a member of several W.B.A. Committees, as well as a past chairperson of the Family Law Committee. She was active on the local committee that authored the proposed rules requiring mandatory mediation of child custody and access issues.

Stacy is a native of Wichita, KS. She attended Wichita State University, receiving her Bachelor of Business Administration in 1985, with a major in Economics. She attended the University of Kansas School of Law, receiving her Juris Doctorate in 1989.

Jessica Suhr is a Wichita native. She earned her Bachelor’s degree at the University of San Diego and her law degree (Juris Doctorate, 2005) from the University of Kansas.  After graduation, Jessica worked at Kansas Legal Services for 10 years representing low income family law and disability clients.

Jessica has a strong commitment to helping people in difficult situations.  She is involved in community service including Junior League of Wichita and The Child Advocacy Center.  She is joining our firm to pursue her interest in family law.
